KITCHEN EXTENSION

Greg is a lovely man, reliable, skilled, flexible and considerate. He built an 8m kitchen extension for us which we’re delighted with. Our work involved groundwork, demolition, roofing, windows, electrics, plumbing, plastering, flooring, decorating and kitchen install. Greg and his team were hard working and fast paced, giving good support on decision making and plenty of notice of when key decisions had to be made to keep programme going. They were also considerate towards our neighbours. We would have no hesitation in recommending Greg to others.

REFURBISHMENT AND EXTENSION

Our home underwent a total transformation thanks to Greg and his team at Loft Conversion & Extension Experts, and we cannot express our gratitude enough. Even when several other construction firms claimed it was impossible, Greg embraced our vision and had the creativity to make our project a reality. They removed a staircase, restructured the first floor, demolished an old loft extension and rebuilt it with increased headroom, better space utilization, and a crucial fourth bedroom.

Greg is a man who strives for perfection. His team consists of professionals who are courteous, neat, pleasant to interact with, and most importantly, they deliver excellent work. Having had prior experience with construction, it was comforting to have someone who is always available on call, visits the site almost daily, and takes full responsibility for the project, even when managing multiple jobs.

Loft&Extension Expert came highly recommended to us by another satisfied customer. Our extension work was completed a year ago, and we are still absolutely delighted with the results.

TWO STOREY EXTENSION

Greg and his team carried out a full refurbishment of our flat, including a replacement kitchen and bathroom, demolition of internal walls and enlarging window openings, full rewire, new boiler and re-decoration. He understand exactly what we required and cracked on with it with his team. He was extremely flexible, with additional jobs being added on during the project, and always very responsive and communicative. We’re very happy with the finished result and would thoroughly recommend him.

After a lengthy year dealing with planning permission, we contracted Greg and his team for a seven month long project. Communication with him was easy, his quote was reasonable and we went to see one of his previous projects. We are now three weeks in and so far they have been reliable, hard-working and doing their work to a really good standard. Greg knows his trade, follows the plans and is happy to deal with Building Control, engineer/architect. It is still early days until completion, but we are confident the project will run smoothly. We’ll update this review once the work is finished.

REBUILD KITCHEN IN ‘OLD’ DINING ROOM AND DINING ROOM IN THE ‘OLD’ KITCHEN.

The work consisted of demolishing and building internal walls, removing a chimney breast, inserting steel support beams, installing new boiler and renewing the whole house radiators, re-plumbing and rewiring new kitchen and dining room, replacing old windows and new wooden frames, installing new toilet, fitting new kitchen units and appliances and completing with plastering and decorating the rooms. This firm had also very successfully completed previous works for me and other friends and I highly recommend them for their workmanship and work ethic.
