Our home underwent a total transformation thanks to Greg and his team at Loft&Extension Expert, and we cannot express our gratitude enough. Even when several other construction firms claimed it was impossible, Greg embraced our vision and had the creativity to make our project a reality. They removed a staircase, restructured the first floor, demolished an old loft extension and rebuilt it with increased headroom, better space utilization, and a crucial fourth bedroom.

Greg is a man who strives for perfection. His team consists of professionals who are courteous, neat, pleasant to interact with, and most importantly, they deliver excellent work. Having had prior experience with construction, it was comforting to have someone who is always available on call, visits the site almost daily, and takes full responsibility for the project, even when managing multiple jobs.

Greg and his team carried out a full refurbishment of our flat, including a replacement kitchen and bathroom, demolition of internal walls and enlarging window openings, full rewire, new boiler and re-decoration. After a lengthy year dealing with planning permission, we contracted Greg and his team for a seven month long project. Communication with him was easy, his quote was reasonable and we went to see one of his previous projects. We are now three weeks in and so far they have been reliable, hard-working and doing their work to a really good standard. Greg knows his trade, follows the plans and is happy to deal with Building Control, engineer/architect. It is still early days until completion, but we are confident the project will run smoothly. REBUILD KITCHEN IN ‘OLD’ DINING ROOM AND DINING ROOM IN THE ‘OLD’ KITCHEN.

The work consisted of demolishing and building internal walls, removing a chimney breast, inserting steel support beams, installing new boiler and renewing the whole house radiators, re-plumbing and rewiring new kitchen and dining room, replacing old windows and new wooden frames, installing new toilet, fitting new kitchen units and appliances and completing with plastering and decorating the rooms. This firm had also very successfully completed previous works for me and other friends and I highly recommend them for their workmanship and work ethic.
